"Lovely cafe very friendly and welcoming staff I had a tuna melt panini and my husband has a chicken & bacon sandwich . Food was lovely sandwiches are quite big . Nice tasty lunch very impressed with size of the panini . Will pop in again . Was just a cafe we found on way back home to Essex google recommend it . Dog friendly which was an added bonus for us."

"As a cycling destination it would be 5 stars. It's off The beaten track, there are bike racks, there's outdoor seating, if you sit indoors, you can see your bike through the big windows. As a cafe, the service was what I would describe as 'minimal', the coffee is served in small cardboard cups even when sitting in, but there is a good selection of cakes."

"Great cafe. Very reasonably priced, tasty food. The ladies are extremely friendly and welcoming. They have plenty of heaters, so it was comfortable on a cold Monday lunchtime after a 2 hour walk. Thank you very much."
